First step: E-mail us with the details of the work you are interested in. We will reserve the item for you, without obligation, and contact you within 24 hours by telephone or email. Viewing: Arrangements can be made for you to view your choices in London, UK. Again please ask for details. Payment: Payment may be made by cheque to our postal address, payment is due upon ordering. All prices are shown in pounds sterling, and do not include the cost of delivery. Delivery: Deliveries are usually direct from the artist or the framer and are by our own carrier. The cost of carriage will be added to your account payable on order.However customers are able to collect their orders from our London address which of course incurs no charge. Your picture will usually be delivered within two weeks of receiving payment. Returns: Should you decide that you do not wish to keep a picture, please contact us within three days of receipt of the goods. The customer is liable for the carriage costs incurred. Once the picture has been received in good condition, we will refund you the purchase price in full.
